While performance varies based on ambient temperature and how often the lid is removed, it is highly effective for keeping coffee hot or iced water cold throughout the day.

The Mercy High School Varsity Dance designs are laser-engraved directly into the powder-coated finish. This process removes the top layer of color to reveal the stainless steel underneath, ensuring the design will not peel, fade, or wash off over time.

Not at all. The powder-coated matte finish actually provides a slightly textured surface that improves grip compared to a standard glossy tumbler, making it less likely to slip from your hand.

While the stainless steel construction is durable, we recommend hand washing your tumbler to preserve the integrity of the laser engraving and the powder-coated finish. High-heat dishwasher cycles can degrade the finish over time.

The 'Outlined' design features the text and graphics in a clean, linear style where only the edges are engraved. The 'Solid' design fills in the lettering and graphics for a bolder, more prominent look that stands out more sharply against the tumbler's color.
