The board measures 10 inches by 30 inches, providing a long, narrow surface that is ideal for charcuterie spreads or appetizer arrangements.

To preserve the wood, hand wash the board or wipe it down with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking it in water or putting it in the dishwasher, as this can cause the wood to warp or crack.

Because the board features an organic shape, the edges follow the natural contours of the wood. While the center provides a stable surface for food, the edges may have slight variations in thickness and profile.

While the mango wood is durable enough for light slicing, it is primarily designed as a serving piece. Frequent use with sharp knives may leave marks on the wood, so we recommend using it for presentation rather than heavy-duty prep work.

While not strictly required, applying a food-safe mineral oil or wood conditioner occasionally will help keep the mango wood hydrated and prevent it from drying out over time.
