While the mat is designed for both indoor and outdoor use, it is crafted from natural fibers like seagrass and cornhusk. To maintain its longevity and prevent mold or fiber degradation, we recommend placing it in a covered area, such as a porch or entryway, rather than leaving it fully exposed to direct rain.

The Del Mar Door Mat is spot clean only. For mud or debris, allow the dirt to dry completely and then shake the mat out or use a stiff-bristled brush to gently remove the particles.

Because it is made from natural seagrass and cornhusk, the texture is firm and durable, which is ideal for scraping dirt off shoes. It is not intended for barefoot comfort but provides a sturdy, stable surface for high-traffic entryways.

The Del Mar Door Mat features a natural weave construction. If you are placing it on a slick surface like polished tile or hardwood, we recommend using a separate rug pad underneath to ensure it stays securely in place.

The 2-year warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use. It does not cover natural wear and tear or damage resulting from improper care or exposure to harsh weather conditions.
