Axiom M60

The M60 is engineered to provide the same three-way performance and full-range sound as a tower speaker but in a space-saving on-wall format. Because it uses an acoustic suspension enclosure, it maintains a neutral, balanced sound without the footprint of a floor-standing model.

With a sensitivity rating of 90dB+, these speakers are quite efficient and don't require massive power to reach high volumes. However, they can handle up to 250 watts of RMS power, so a quality amplifier will help you take full advantage of their dynamic range.

The M60 is excellent for both. Its dedicated midrange driver and dual woofers provide the clarity needed for dialogue and the impact required for cinematic sound effects, while its imaging capabilities make it equally adept at reproducing music.

Given that each speaker weighs 50 pounds, you must use sturdy, wall-appropriate mounting hardware. We recommend consulting with a professional installer or using heavy-duty wall anchors to ensure the speakers are securely anchored to the wall studs.

Acoustic suspension, or sealed-box, designs typically offer tighter, more controlled bass compared to ported designs. While the M60 reaches down to 55Hz, you may want to pair it with a dedicated subwoofer if you are looking for deep, room-shaking sub-bass frequencies.

These speakers are designed for vertical orientation to ensure the tweeter, midrange, and woofers are aligned correctly for optimal imaging and soundstage dispersion. Installing them horizontally would likely compromise the intended audio performance.
