I.XXI Tamper

This tamper is designed for any espresso machine that uses a standard 58mm portafilter. It is compatible with most professional-style machines, including models from Breville, Rocket, and Lelit, but you should verify your machine's basket diameter before purchasing.

The walnut handle is ergonomically shaped to provide a natural, comfortable grip. Because wood is a tactile, non-slip material, it offers better control and reduced hand fatigue compared to standard metal or plastic handles during repetitive use.

The base is flat, which is the industry standard for achieving an even, level puck. A flat base ensures uniform density across the coffee bed, helping to prevent channeling and promoting consistent extraction.

To preserve the wood, wipe the handle with a damp cloth after use and avoid submerging it in water or placing it in the dishwasher. Periodically applying a food-safe wood oil will keep the walnut finish hydrated and prevent it from drying out over time.
