Kalalou Metal Urns

These urns are primarily decorative. If you plan to use them for live plants, we recommend using a plastic liner or a separate pot inside to prevent moisture from coming into direct contact with the metal and potentially causing rust over time.

The waxed finish provides a subtle matte sheen and a protective layer against fingerprints and light dust. You can maintain the look by occasionally wiping them down with a soft, dry cloth; avoid using harsh chemical cleaners that might strip the wax coating.

Because each piece is crafted by hand, you may notice slight differences in the texture or the application of the black finish. These variations are intentional and contribute to the unique, artisanal character of the set.

These urns are designed specifically for indoor use. Exposure to outdoor elements like rain, humidity, or direct sunlight may degrade the waxed finish and lead to oxidation or corrosion of the metal.

The handles are securely attached and fully functional, making it easy to move or reposition the urns on your tabletop or shelf. However, they are intended for decorative weight, so avoid lifting heavy items by the handles alone.
