Yes, the mesh is made from the same high-quality polyester as the rest of the case. It is designed to withstand the tension of compression while providing enough breathability to keep your clothes fresh during transit.

While MUJI recommends spot cleaning for longevity, the polyester material is durable. If you need a deeper clean, we suggest hand washing in cool water and air drying to maintain the integrity of the zippers and mesh.

Compression cases are excellent for saving space, but they do apply pressure to your clothing. If you are packing delicate fabrics that wrinkle easily, we recommend folding them neatly before placing them inside to minimize creasing.
