Because it is a blend of 70% linen and 30% cotton, this towel feels lighter and more structured than a plush terry cloth towel. It offers a slightly crisp, natural hand-feel that becomes softer and more absorbent with every wash.

The linen-cotton blend is highly absorbent and designed to wick moisture away efficiently. While it doesn't have the thick pile of a traditional towel, it is excellent for drying quickly, which helps prevent the damp, musty smell often associated with heavier towels.

The tassels are securely integrated into the weave, but they are delicate decorative elements. To keep them looking their best and prevent tangling, we recommend washing the towel inside a mesh laundry bag on a gentle cycle.

At 100cm x 50cm, this is sized as a hand or guest towel rather than a full-body bath sheet. It is ideal for drying hands or hair, or as a stylish accent piece in a guest bathroom.

The towel is crafted using high-quality dyes, but as with any natural fiber textile, we recommend washing it in cold water with like colors to maintain the vibrancy of the stripes. Avoid using harsh bleach to ensure the mustard-yellow and black tones remain sharp.
