Western Red Cedar is naturally resistant to decay and insects, but it will weather to a silvery-gray over time if left unfinished. If you choose the unfinished option, you must apply a sealant or stain to protect the wood from moisture and UV damage.

The swing bed includes the necessary chains for ceiling suspension. Please note that rope kits and comfort springs are sold separately, and you will need to ensure your mounting structure can support the weight of the bed and its occupants.

We recommend a minimum clearance of 24 inches from any wall or obstruction. This ensures the swing can move freely and safely without bumping into surrounding structures.

No, cushions and pillows are not included with your purchase. You will need to source standard outdoor cushions that fit the 38-inch seat depth to complete your setup.

The weight capacity depends on the size of the bed. The 4-foot and 5-foot models support up to 600 lbs, while the 6-foot and 75-inch models are rated for up to 800 lbs.

The swing bed arrives partially assembled and requires some final assembly on your end. Because of the size and weight of the cedar components, we recommend having two people assist with the setup.
