Amaya Soap Dish

The Amaya Soap Dish is crafted from natural soapstone, which is naturally dense and non-porous. This makes it highly resistant to staining and water absorption, though it should be wiped down occasionally to maintain its matte black finish.

The Aztec-inspired line art is intricately engraved into the stone rather than painted on the surface. Because the design is carved directly into the material, it will not rub off or fade with regular use and cleaning.

This model does not feature drainage holes. It is designed as a solid, decorative tray, so we recommend using it with a soap bar that is kept relatively dry or wiping out the dish periodically to prevent soap buildup.

The dish measures 9.5 inches in length and 5.5 inches in width. Given its substantial footprint and weight of 2.44 lbs, it is best suited for larger vanities or deep countertops rather than compact pedestal sinks.

The pads are primarily designed to prevent the stone from scratching your countertop surface. While they provide a small gap between the stone and the vanity, they are not intended to act as a waterproof barrier, so it is best to wipe up any excess water that may pool around the base.
