Palliser Oakwood Recliner

A wallhugger recliner is designed to recline while staying close to the wall, requiring minimal clearance behind the chair. This makes it an ideal choice for smaller rooms or apartments where floor space is at a premium.

The manual version uses a traditional pull latch located on the side of the chair to engage the mechanism. The power version replaces the latch with a two-button toggle switch, allowing for smooth, effortless reclining at the touch of a button.

The seat features high-resiliency, high-density foam cores wrapped in polyester for a supportive feel. Combined with heavy gauge sinuous springs, the construction is built to maintain its shape and provide consistent support through daily use.

The back cushions are semi-attached and filled with channeled fiber. This internal channeling is specifically designed to keep the fill evenly distributed, preventing the sagging or shifting often found in standard loose-back cushions.

You can choose between various fabric grades, leather match, or all-leather upholstery. Fabric offers a wider range of textures and colors, while leather match provides a premium look on high-touch areas with synthetic material on the sides and back for durability and value.

The chair typically arrives with the backrest detached to facilitate easier movement through doorways. The back slides easily onto the base brackets without the need for complex tools.
