Iron Accents Ashmere Bed

The bed is designed to be used with a box spring by default. However, you can select the platform slats option at checkout if you prefer to use a mattress alone without a box spring.

The Ashmere bed features a standard rail height that provides enough clearance for under-bed storage bins, though the exact measurement can vary slightly due to the hand-forged nature of the iron.

Assembly requires basic tools and is straightforward, but because of the weight and size of the solid iron components, we recommend having two people to safely maneuver the frame during setup.

The black finish provides a classic, uniform matte look. The hand-rubbed gold and silver finishes are applied by artisans to highlight the texture of the iron, creating a subtle, weathered depth that catches the light differently than a solid paint.

The signature tied-knot accents are smoothed during the forging and finishing process to ensure they are decorative rather than sharp, so they should not snag standard bedding or linens.

The headboard stands at 62.5 inches tall. It is designed to remain a prominent focal point even when styled with large decorative pillows or thick mattress sets.
