POLYWOOD Heritage™ Lumber is a high-density polyethylene material designed to mimic the look of wood without the maintenance. Unlike natural wood, it will not splinter, rot, crack, or peel, and it does not require seasonal staining or sealing.

The set requires a minimum footprint of 98 inches by 98 inches. You should ensure your patio or deck has at least this much clear space to allow for comfortable seating and movement around the table.

Because the material is weather-resistant and features ColorStay™ technology, it can be left outdoors year-round. We recommend a simple cleaning with soap and water periodically to remove dirt or pollen.

The set arrives unassembled and requires some effort to put together. While the instructions are straightforward, we recommend having a second person assist you to make the process easier and safer.

The warranty primarily covers structural integrity, such as splintering, rotting, cracking, or peeling. While the ColorStay™ technology is engineered to resist fading, the warranty is specifically focused on the long-term durability of the lumber itself.
