This portafilter is specifically engineered for Lelit machines equipped with the Lelit58 group head. It is not guaranteed to be compatible with other 58mm machines due to variations in lug orientation and group head depth.

The blind filter is a solid basket used for backflushing your espresso machine. This essential maintenance process cleans the internal group head components and solenoid valve to ensure your coffee remains fresh and free of old oil buildup.

The included IMS stainless steel baskets allow you to adjust your dose size—ranging from 9g to 21g—to suit different roast profiles and drink sizes. Using the correct basket for your dose helps maintain the proper headspace between the coffee puck and the shower screen for more consistent extraction.

The walnut handle is finished for durability, but it should be kept dry and never placed in a dishwasher. Simply wipe it down with a damp cloth after use and occasionally apply a food-safe wood oil to keep the grain looking vibrant and protected.

The inclined design is ergonomic, allowing the portafilter to sit level on your countertop when tamping. This helps ensure an even, flat coffee bed, which is critical for preventing channeling and achieving an even extraction.
