Eureka Leveler

The Eureka Easy Adjustable Leveler is specifically machined to a 58.3mm diameter. While it is designed for precision-fit 58mm baskets, it may be too tight for standard 58mm baskets that have slightly narrower tolerances.

You can adjust the depth by loosening the top section of the handle, rotating the base to your desired setting, and tightening it back down. The integrated numerical scale allows you to record your preferred depth so you can easily replicate it after cleaning or changing doses.

Because the handle is made of natural wood, it should be kept dry and away from prolonged moisture. We recommend wiping it down with a damp cloth after use and occasionally applying a food-safe wood oil to maintain the finish and prevent the wood from drying out.

This leveler is compatible with any espresso machine that utilizes a 58.3mm portafilter basket. As long as your basket diameter matches this specification, it will function effectively regardless of the machine brand.

A leveler is designed to evenly distribute the coffee grounds across the basket before you tamp, preventing channeling and uneven extraction. While it creates a flat surface, it does not replace a tamper, which is still required to compress the grounds into a firm puck.
