Lepanthes orchids prefer to stay consistently moist but not waterlogged. Using high-quality, low-mineral water like reverse osmosis or distilled water is essential to prevent salt buildup in the delicate root system.

This orchid prefers low to moderate, indirect light. Avoid direct sun exposure, which can easily scorch the leaves and cause the plant to decline rapidly.

While it is provided as a potted plant, many collectors find success mounting Lepanthes on cork or tree fern fiber to mimic their natural epiphytic growth habit. If keeping it in a pot, ensure you use a very airy, well-draining substrate like fine-grade bark or New Zealand sphagnum moss.
