Little Carnivores Heliamphora spec. Akopan x (heterodoxa x ionasi)

A fresh division is a plant section physically separated from the mature mother plant. This ensures you are receiving a genetically identical clone that has been recently propagated to encourage new, healthy growth in your own environment.

Because the plant is shipped without soil, you should prepare a high-quality, well-draining carnivorous plant substrate before it arrives. Gently pot the division immediately upon unboxing, ensuring the crown is not buried, and place it in a high-humidity environment to help it acclimate.

This hybrid thrives in high humidity, ideally consistently above 70-80%. Most collectors find success growing these in a terrarium, greenhouse, or a dedicated grow cabinet where moisture levels can be strictly controlled.

While it requires bright, indirect light, a standard windowsill is often insufficient for Heliamphora. We recommend using high-output LED grow lights to provide the intensity this plant needs to maintain its structure and coloration without the risk of overheating from direct sun.
