The bird bath comes in three separate sections that stack securely on top of one another. Because of the 183.8-pound weight, we recommend having two people assist with placement to ensure the pieces are aligned correctly and safely.

This model is not frost-resistant. To prevent the cast stone from cracking due to freeze-thaw cycles, we recommend draining the basin and covering it, or moving it to a sheltered area like a garage or shed during the winter months.

To maintain a healthy environment for birds, scrub the basin periodically with a stiff brush and a mixture of mild soap and water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach, as these can damage the finish and be harmful to wildlife.

The unique stain finish is designed to develop a natural patina over time as it is exposed to the elements, which adds to the character of the piece. No special maintenance is required, though you may notice the color shifting slightly as it ages outdoors.

Due to its weight and pedestal design, this bird bath should be placed on a level, solid surface such as a concrete patio, stone pavers, or a compacted gravel area. Avoid placing it directly on soft soil or grass, as the weight may cause it to settle unevenly over time.
