DeWit Dutch Transplanter

The Dutch Transplanter features an extra-long, narrow blade specifically designed to reach deep into the soil. This shape makes it significantly more effective than a wide trowel for extracting deep taproots and transplanting seedlings in tight spaces.

While tempered boron steel is exceptionally strong and wear-resistant, it is a carbon-based metal. To prevent surface rust, we recommend wiping the blade clean and applying a light coat of oil after each use, especially if it has been exposed to damp soil.

Ash wood is chosen for its excellent shock-absorption and durability under pressure. It provides a natural, sturdy grip that is less likely to slip than plastic or metal handles, even when your hands are wet or muddy.

The forged boron steel is highly durable, but this tool is primarily designed for precision transplanting and root removal. While it can handle tough soil, avoid using it as a heavy-duty lever for large rocks to ensure the handle remains secure and the blade stays perfectly aligned.
