Aquascape Spillway Bowl and Fountain Kit

The bowl is constructed from Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC). While it is durable and built for outdoor longevity, the GFRC material is significantly lighter than traditional solid concrete, making it easier to handle and install.

You can use the bowl as a standalone feature, but it is designed to be paired with an Aquascape Spillway Basin or an AquaBasin® 45 to catch and recirculate the water. Without a basin, you would need a dedicated pond or pool to house the pump and water supply.

Yes, the design is modular, allowing you to link multiple units to create a custom cascading water display. You will need the appropriate plumbing and pump capacity to support the flow requirements for a multi-bowl setup.

The manufacturer recommends using the Ultra 2000 pump to ensure proper water flow and the desired spillway effect. This pump provides the necessary volume to maintain a consistent, beautiful cascade over the edge of the bowl.

The patina finish is integrated into the GFRC construction for a sophisticated, weathered look. It does not require special maintenance, though you should avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive brushes when cleaning the bowl to preserve the finish.

The bowl itself has a 32-inch diameter and stands 14 inches high. However, because the spillway projects outward, the total width of the unit is 34 inches, which should be factored into your site planning.
