The Ascaso Dream Up V3 is designed for versatility and supports both ground coffee and ESE (Easy Serving Espresso) pods. It includes the necessary baskets to accommodate both brewing methods.

The machine features PID temperature control, which allows you to adjust the brewing temperature in one-degree increments. This level of precision helps you dial in the specific flavor profiles of different coffee roasts.

The adjustable over-pressure valve allows you to regulate the brewing pressure, which prevents over-extraction and helps you avoid bitter, burnt-tasting shots. It gives you more control over the flow rate and consistency of your espresso.

The machine features an improved no-burn steam wand, which is designed to be safer to handle and easier to maintain. Because the exterior stays cooler, milk is less likely to bake onto the wand, making it simpler to wipe down immediately after use.

Thanks to its stainless steel lined thermoblock, the Ascaso Dream Up V3 heats up relatively quickly compared to traditional boiler machines. While you should still allow a few minutes for the portafilter to warm up, it is ready to brew much faster than many professional-style units.

This model uses a professional-grade 58mm portafilter. This is the industry standard size, which makes it easy to find compatible accessories like tampers and distribution tools.
