The double-wall design provides excellent insulation compared to standard single-wall glass, helping to maintain your beverage's temperature while keeping the exterior cool to the touch. While it is not a vacuum-sealed thermos, it is highly effective for enjoying a hot cup of tea at a comfortable pace.

The glass cup is fully dishwasher safe. However, the lid is composed of stainless steel, polypropylene, and silicone, so we recommend hand-washing the lid components to preserve their finish and integrity over time.

Yes, the glass cup is microwave safe, allowing you to reheat your tea directly in the vessel. Please ensure you remove the stainless steel lid before placing the cup in the microwave.

The glass is heat-resistant and designed to withstand a temperature differential of up to 120℃ (248℉). It is perfectly safe for boiling water, but avoid extreme, sudden temperature shocks, such as moving it directly from a freezer to boiling water.

Once your tea has finished steeping, you can remove the tea bag or strainer and place it directly onto the inverted lid. This keeps your table clean and prevents the mess of dripping tea bags.
