Match Convertible Hurricane

The base is designed with a removable insert that allows you to swap between a central platform for a pillar candle and a multi-pronged holder for three taper candles. It is a straightforward manual adjustment that requires no tools.

The hurricane glass accommodates pillar candles up to approximately 6 inches in diameter. We recommend choosing a candle slightly smaller than this to ensure proper airflow and to prevent the glass from becoming excessively hot.

Match Pewter is lead-free and high-quality, meaning it does not tarnish like silver. You can maintain its soft, lustrous finish by simply wiping it with a soft, dry cloth; no special polishing is required.

While it is designed primarily for tabletop use, the glass hurricane provides excellent wind protection for your candles. However, because it is crafted from fine pewter and glass, we recommend bringing it indoors after use to protect it from harsh weather and potential damage.

If wax drips onto the pewter, allow it to harden completely before gently lifting it off with a plastic scraper or your fingernail. Avoid using metal tools, which could scratch the surface of the pewter.
