To maintain the finish of the oak, we recommend hand washing only. Be sure to dry the lids immediately after washing to prevent any water spotting or potential warping of the wood.

These containers are intended for dry storage on countertops or shelves. The combination of glass and natural oak is not designed for the humidity or temperature fluctuations found inside a refrigerator.

Because of their clean, minimalist design, they work beautifully as decorative accents throughout the home. They function well as small terrariums for succulents, hurricanes for pillar candles, or even as catch-alls for small items like cotton swabs or office supplies.

While the glass portion is durable, the manufacturer recommends hand washing for the entire piece to protect the integrity of the oak lid and the overall finish. We advise against putting them in the dishwasher.
