Nambé Yin Yang Server

Yes, the two sections are distinct pieces that rest together to form the yin yang shape. You can use them individually for smaller servings or separate them to place on different areas of a table.

The Nambé alloy section can be hand-washed with mild soap and dried immediately. The Acacia wood section should be hand-washed and wiped dry; avoid soaking it or putting it in the dishwasher to prevent the wood from warping or cracking.

The Nambé alloy is excellent at retaining temperature. You can chill it in the freezer before serving cold dips or appetizers, or warm it in the oven to keep warm snacks at the right temperature.

To keep the Acacia wood looking its best, we recommend occasionally applying a food-safe mineral oil. This helps maintain the wood's natural luster and prevents it from drying out over time.

The divided design is ideal for dry snacks like nuts, olives, candies, or small appetizers. Because the server is not airtight, it is best used for items intended to be eaten shortly after serving.
