The bamboo handle is designed to be a permanent fixture of the teapot's aesthetic. We recommend wiping the handle clean with a damp cloth rather than submerging it in water to maintain the integrity of the natural material.

While the design is optimized for Japanese green teas, the included stainless-steel strainer makes it versatile enough for any loose-leaf tea. The fine mesh filter is effective at keeping even smaller tea leaves out of your cup.
