To keep the finish in good condition, simply wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive sponges, as these can damage the natural materials.

This dispenser is specifically designed for standard liquid hand soaps. While it may accommodate thinner lotions, very thick formulas or sanitizers with high alcohol content can clog the pump mechanism or potentially degrade the internal components over time.

The dispenser features a standard manual pump mechanism. While we do not sell replacement pumps separately, the design is compatible with most standard-sized pump replacements found at home goods stores should you ever need to swap it out.

The base is designed for stable countertop placement, but it does not come with a rubberized non-slip pad. If you are concerned about scratching delicate surfaces like marble or glass, we recommend placing a small felt or silicone coaster underneath.
