Pizza Oven Peel - Small

While this peel is specifically designed to complement the Green Mountain Grills Pizza Oven Attachment, its 7-inch width makes it a versatile tool for any small-scale pizza oven or toaster oven where a standard 12-inch peel would be too cumbersome.

The 7-inch blade width is optimized for personal-sized pizzas or flatbreads. It is not intended for standard 12-inch or larger pizzas, which would require a wider peel for proper support.

The wooden handle is designed to stay cool to the touch during normal operation. However, you should avoid leaving the peel inside the oven attachment while it is cooking, as direct contact with high heat or flames can damage the wood.

This peel is excellent for both tasks. Its lightweight design makes it easy to slide under a cooked pizza for retrieval, and the narrow profile allows for precise placement when launching smaller pies into the GMG attachment.

To preserve the wood, hand wash the peel with mild soap and water, then dry it immediately. Avoid soaking it or putting it in the dishwasher, as moisture can cause the wood to warp or crack over time.
