Because this vessel lacks a drainage hole, it is best to keep your plant in its original plastic nursery pot and set it inside the planter. This allows you to remove the plant for watering, let it drain completely in the sink, and then return it to the planter without risking root rot.

With a 6-inch diameter, this planter is ideal for small to medium houseplants like pothos, snake plants, or succulents. Its 9-inch height also makes it a great fit for plants with a bit of trailing foliage that can drape over the sides.

The matte exterior is durable, but because it has a slightly textured feel, it can show dust or soil marks more easily than a glossy finish. A quick wipe with a damp, soft cloth is usually all you need to keep it looking fresh.

We don't recommend planting directly into the vessel because there is no drainage hole. Succulents are particularly sensitive to standing water, so using a liner or keeping them in a nursery pot is essential to ensure they stay healthy.
