The Eminent EX uses a proprietary SH-μX magnetic core that allows for fewer coil windings. This design significantly lowers internal impedance to 0.6Ω, which minimizes signal distortion and helps the cartridge deliver a much cleaner, more dynamic output.

The Eminent EX features a standard 1/2-inch mount, making it compatible with the vast majority of high-end tonearms. As long as your tonearm can accommodate a 9.5g cartridge, it should be a straightforward installation.

It is engineered for natural, high-fidelity reproduction that aims to mimic the sound of a master tape. You can expect exceptional clarity, fast transient response, and a very precise soundstage, especially during complex musical passages.

Because this is a low-output moving coil cartridge with an output voltage of 0.3mV, you will need a phono stage or step-up transformer capable of handling low-output MC cartridges. Ensure your equipment has sufficient gain to amplify the signal without introducing noise.
