The factory lubed option provides a consistent, out-of-the-box experience suitable for most users. The hand lubed and filmed option uses Krytox 205g0 and 105 with Deskey films to minimize housing wobble and ensure a more refined, dampened acoustic profile.

These are 5-pin switches, which are compatible with most modern hot-swappable mechanical keyboards. If your PCB only supports 3-pin switches, you would need to clip the two plastic guide pins on the bottom of the switch to make them fit.

The long pole stem design results in a shorter total travel distance and a more pronounced, 'snappy' bottom-out sound compared to standard linear switches. This creates a firmer, more immediate tactile feedback upon impact.

The dual-stage spring offers a more consistent resistance throughout the entire keypress compared to a traditional single-stage spring. It provides a slightly snappier return, which helps the switch feel more responsive and lively.

While the switches feature a milky bottom housing, they are designed primarily for performance and feel. Depending on your keyboard's LED placement, the opaque housing materials may slightly diffuse or dim the brightness of your per-key RGB lighting.
