This kit is specifically designed for the Chromag Scarab, Contact, and Synth pedal models. It is not guaranteed to fit other brands or older, non-compatible Chromag pedals.

These are the 'long' version of Chromag's replacement pins, which typically provide more aggressive grip than the standard-length pins found on some stock pedal configurations. If you prefer a more locked-in feel, these are an excellent upgrade.

With 40 pins included, one kit provides enough hardware to fully replace the pins on two pairs of pedals, or to keep a significant supply of spares for a single pair of pedals over several seasons.

You will generally need a small wrench or socket to hold the nut while you tighten the pin from the other side. A standard pedal pin tool or a small adjustable wrench is usually sufficient for the job.
