While the pans are technically dishwasher safe, we strongly recommend hand washing them. This preserves the integrity of the Americoat nonstick coating and ensures the pans last much longer.

The unique fluted surface promotes better air circulation under your food. This helps achieve a more even bake and adds structural strength to the pan, which helps prevent warping at high temperatures.

It is best to avoid metal utensils, as they can scratch or damage the Americoat silicone nonstick coating. We recommend using silicone, nylon, or wooden tools to keep the surface in top condition.

These pans are oven safe up to 450°F. They are designed for standard baking and roasting, but you should avoid using them under a broiler.

Because of the high-quality Americoat nonstick coating, you generally do not need to grease the pans. However, for sticky recipes or delicate baked goods, a light coating of oil or parchment paper can provide extra insurance.

The quarter sheet pan is sized at 12.5 x 9 inches, which fits many standard toaster ovens. We recommend measuring your oven's interior dimensions before purchasing to ensure a proper fit.
