Induction technology uses electromagnetic energy to heat your cookware directly rather than heating the surface of the cooktop. This results in significantly faster boiling times, precise temperature control, and a cooler cooktop surface that is easier to clean.

Induction requires cookware with a magnetic base, such as cast iron or magnetic stainless steel. If a magnet sticks to the bottom of your pan, it will work with this range.

The double oven allows you to cook two different dishes at separate temperatures simultaneously, which is ideal for hosting or preparing complex meals. It also provides a smaller, more energy-efficient cavity for everyday meals when you don't need the full capacity of the range.

The integrated Air Fry mode is designed to work with the range's convection system to circulate hot air around your food. While you can use standard baking sheets, using an air fry basket that allows airflow from all sides will yield the crispiest results.

This model features the Even-Heat True Convection system, which includes a dedicated heating element behind the convection fan. This ensures that the air circulating in the oven is consistently heated, preventing cold spots and promoting even browning across multiple racks.

Because the cooktop surface itself does not get hot, spills and splatters are less likely to burn onto the glass. You can typically clean it with a damp cloth or a specialized ceramic cooktop cleaner once the surface has cooled.
