The rack is reversible. When used upright, the slots hold up to five racks of ribs vertically, which saves significant space on your grate. When flipped over, the rack creates a stable cradle for roasting larger cuts of meat like whole chickens or beef roasts.

Because it is constructed from durable stainless steel, it is dishwasher safe. For stubborn, burnt-on sauce, we recommend soaking it in warm, soapy water before putting it through the dishwasher.

No, this model does not feature handles. You will need to use heat-resistant grilling gloves or tongs to safely position or remove the rack from the grill, especially when it is hot.
