Yes, these planters are designed to withstand freeze-thaw cycles. However, to ensure maximum longevity in harsh winter climates, we recommend elevating them off the ground to prevent water from pooling and freezing at the base.

Each planter features a single centered drainage hole approximately 3/4-inch in diameter. This allows for adequate water runoff, which is essential for maintaining healthy root systems.

You can use them indoors, but because they have drainage holes, you will need to place them on a saucer or tray to catch excess water. We also recommend using felt pads on the bottom to protect delicate surfaces from scratches.

Terracotta is a porous, breathable material that allows air and moisture to move through the walls of the pot. This helps regulate soil temperature and prevents overwatering, creating an ideal environment for root health.
