While the medium-soft feel is particularly well-suited for side sleepers who need pressure relief at the shoulders and hips, it may be too soft for those who prefer a very firm surface. If you sleep primarily on your back or stomach, you might find the sink-in comfort less supportive than a firmer mattress.
