Teak is naturally weather-resistant due to its high oil content, making it an excellent choice for outdoor furniture. Over time, the wood will naturally transition from its original tone to a soft, silvery-grey patina if left untreated.

Minimal maintenance is required. You can occasionally clean the frame with mild soap and water to remove dirt, or apply a teak sealer if you prefer to maintain the original wood color rather than letting it weather to grey.

The Shoreham features a structured, ergonomic design suitable for short periods of seating. However, because it is a solid wood frame, we recommend adding outdoor throw pillows or a seat cushion if you plan on lounging for extended periods.
