This configuration includes five main channels for surround sound, one dedicated subwoofer channel for bass, and four height channels. The height channels are achieved through up-firing speakers that bounce sound off your ceiling to create a true, three-dimensional Dolby Atmos experience.

The rear speakers connect wirelessly to the subwoofer, which then communicates with the main sound bar. You will still need to plug the rear speakers and the subwoofer into a standard wall outlet for power, but you do not need to run long cables across your room.
