This foam is designed to fit standard brake and shift housing, as well as hydraulic hoses, with diameters between 4.0mm and 5.0mm. It is compatible with the vast majority of internally routed bicycle frames.

The 1.5-meter length is intended for a single bike setup. It is generally sufficient to cover the internal sections of your primary shift and brake lines, but you should measure the internal routing length of your specific frame if you have a complex setup with many cables.

Installation is straightforward. You simply slide the foam sleeve over your housing or hydraulic hose before you route it through the frame. If you are retrofitting an existing bike, you will need to disconnect the cable or hose at one end to slide the foam on.
