The Origin8 Retox pedals use a standard 9/16" spindle, which is the industry standard for almost all modern mountain, BMX, and commuter bikes. They will not fit one-piece cranks found on some older or budget-friendly bikes, which typically require 1/2" pedals.

Yes, the pedals feature M3-9mm replaceable pins. If a pin gets bent or worn down from trail strikes, you can easily swap it out to maintain consistent traction.

The combination of the wide 113mm x 105mm platform and the aggressive pin layout offers excellent traction even when conditions get sloppy. The open design of the platform also helps shed mud and debris more effectively than closed-body pedals.

You will need a standard 15mm pedal wrench or a 6mm hex key to install them, depending on your crank setup. Remember that the left pedal is reverse-threaded, meaning you turn it counter-clockwise to tighten it.
